The construction of the additional entry lane on the east side of West Campus Drives will improve entry to the Lone Star College - Montgomery Campus. The scope of work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, grading, subgrade stabilization, underground utilities, concrete pavement, signage, traffic control and fencing/gates. Required Qualifications: all subcontractors must be able to perform a complete scope of work for their respective trade and must meet any minimum qualification requirements that may be mentioned in these Proposal Documents. Bonding/Insurance Requirements: SpawGlass requires all subcontractors with a subcontract dollar amount greater than $250,000 to obtain both a Payment and Performance Bond, in an amount not less than 100% of the Subcontract sum. 3. SpawGlass requires subcontractors to obtain the following insurance coverage: Worker's Compensation and Automobile Liability at a $1,000,000 policy; Commercial General Liability with a $1,000,000 each occurrence / $2,000,000 general aggregate policy and Umbrella/ Excess Liability policy at $2,000,000 with additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements. 4.
