Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of improving Viewpoint Drive to ultimate width between Spouse Drive and Manley Drive in Prescott Valley, Arizona, connecting the two previous Viewpoint Drive Improvement Projects. The project includes 1,200 cy of roadway excavation, the removal of 6,000 sy of asphaltic pavement, placement of 9,200 sy of asphaltic pavement; installation of 1,500 lf of storm drain culvert, 1,450 lf of water line, 2,700 lf of curb; and 17,500 sf of concrete sidewalk. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the bid proposal as a guarantee that the contractor will enter into a contract to perform the proposal in accordance with plans and specifications. The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals, or any part thereof, to withhold the award, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the Town.
