Remodeling of an office development in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Working plans call for the remodel of a office development.
This work consists primarily of the remodeling of the 3rd and 4th floors of the Civic Center, located at 7501 E. Skoog Blvd., Prescott Valley, Arizona 86314. This project consists of demolition of existing walls, door frames, window walls, carpet, electrical, network cabling, lighting, sprinklers and fire alarms as required. Construction of steel stud framing and window walls, door frames, electrical, cabling, insulation of interior walls, 5/8" drywall, painting and carpet for new office layout. All HVAC ductwork and venting will be done by others. Additional areas of work will be the restrooms on all 4 floors of the Civic Center, this will consist of the removal and replacement of all wall and floor tile and partitions Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the bid proposal as a guarantee that the Contractor will enter into a contract to perform the proposal in accordance with plans and specifications The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals We did receive an estimate very early on in the design, however it was an estimate of the cost for all 4 floors and unfortunately they did not break it down by floors. Based on that estimate we expect something around $300,000 - $400,000 for this phase of the building. In the future please ask all questions through Public Purchase
