The County of Eddy, on behalf of the Fire & Rescue Department, seeks bids from companies qualified to do business in the State of New Mexico to provide flow testing and marking of hydrants in accordance with 2019 NFPA 291. Perform hydrant inspection and maintenance to include lubrication or oiling the bonnet, ensure all stems, caps, plugs, and threads are in proper operating condition. Put anti-seize on each hydrant ports. All lubricants, oils, and anti-seize must be food grade. All vegetation within 3 of the hydrant will be cleared away as part of this maintenance.
