Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ennis, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a library.
As of April 18, 2022, a construction manager and designer have been selected. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference Questions or clarification request regarding the RFQ or Project shall be directed in writing to: Edward Green, P.E., Director of Public Works All correspondence must include the following reference to be considered: "RFQ CMA Services for Interim Library - Old City Hall Alteration". Both questions and responses will be published on the City's website General Description of Project: Provide professional CM-A Services to act as the City's representative for the building alterations to the existing (old) City Hall building at 115 W. Brown Street, Ennis, Texas to create an interim Library facility for use while the primary library facility is renovated (by others). The project includes removal of existing interior walls and ceiling, and the removal, relocation and construction ADA compliant restrooms, and construction and installation of HVAC ducting and registers, lighting, ceiling, and other building alterations as described and referenced in the Design Criteria Package .City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or the select the Proposal from the most qualified respondent that provides the best value to the City. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularity or defect in any of the Proposals received.
