Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Ennis, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
A Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract with the City of Ennis, Texas. This project will include approximately the rehabilitation of an existing 750k gallon elevated potable water storage tank. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Ennis reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
