Renovation of a water / sewer project in Kemp, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project consists of sand blasting, cleaning and painting the interior of a 300,000-gallon elevated tank and removing and replacing the cathodic protection system The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accept or reject any informality. Award shall be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder; however, the District reserves the right, after evaluation of all bids received, to make no recommendation to its Board of Directors regarding the award of any bid in the event non-responsive, non- conforming, or otherwise unacceptable bids are received, or if budgetary constraints or other unanticipated factors exist. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are opened.
