PWSA is requesting bids for the verification and replacement (including on an Urgent basis), as necessary, of public-side and / or private-side lead service lines within the PWSA Water Service Area. Work also includes curb box adjustments and curb stop replacements and site restoration of disturbed areas. Questions Due Date: Dec 13th 2021, 4:00 PM EST. Supplier Diversity Participation - The Authority's current goal for M inority Business Enterprise ("M BE"), Women Business Enterprise ("WBE"), Disadvantaged Small Business Enterprise ("DBE"), Small Business Enterprises ("SBE"), Veteran Business Enterprise ("VBE")/ Service Disabled-Veteran Business Enterprises ("SDVBE") participation is between ten percent (10%) to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total dollar value of the Authority's contracts. All Bids for such contracts must be accompanied by Exhibit II-M BE/ WBE/ DBE/ SBE/ VBE/ SDVBE Solicitation and Commitment Statement, demonstrating a good faith effort to meet said goals, or a detailing of why the M BE/ WBE/ DBE/ SBE/ VBE/ SDVBEparticipation goals could not be met. In addition, all required letters of commitment and copies of current certifications shall be submitted with the Bid
