**As of 2/2/2022 project was awarded to Independent Enterprises Inc. and a Professional Services Agreement (Capital) for Construction Management and Construction Inspection Services to AECOM Technical Services, Inc. Cumulative Capital Budget $13,345,581.45. PWSA is requesting bids for the verification and replacement, as necessary, of public-side and / or private-side lead service lines at about 1,300 locations within City of Pittsburgh neighborhoods. Work also includes site restoration of disturbed areas. Bidders should understand that contracts for necessary repair, maintenance, and minor extension to Owner’s existing facilities cannot be accurately estimated or planned in advance, and may be of an emergency nature. The Owner shall determine the repair, maintenance, replacement, or minor extension Work to be carried out under the Contract, and shall direct same, and a Bidder agrees to accept such decisions as final and binding. Where the Project is for maintenance and repair or other Work on non-site specific, existing facilities of Owner, Bidders should understand that the amount or the location of the Work cannot be accurately predicted or described.
