Operation, Maintenance, Billing and Reporting Services, Catlett-Calverton Wastewater Treatment System (CCWTS) The CCWTS is a Large Alternative Onsite Sewage System (AOSS), regulated by the Virginia Department of Health (VDH), and designed for a maximum capacity of 80,000 GPD to service up to 308 Equivalent Dwelling Units (EDUs) in the Catlett and Calverton service districts. As of the date this RFP was issued, approximately 147 of the 308 EDUs are still available, with the balance sold and committed to this system. The geographical area of parcels qualified to utilize and join the CCWTS is provided as Attachment B to this RFP. Once completed, the County will own the CCWTS, but as the County does not have a Public Works Division/Department, a contract to provide the operation, maintenance, service and potentially, billing of this system, in addition to signing on additional users, is needed.
