Renovation of a municipal facility in Sandston, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to remove and dispose of existing Vinyl Composite Tile VCT and wood cove base, and furnish and install new Porcelain tile, stained wood cove base and quarter round molding, at the VDOT Richmond District Elko Area Headquarters located at 6020 Elko Tract Rd., Sandston, VA 23150. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Cheryl Lewis at Cheryl.Lewis@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM on December 17, 2021.
