Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for the demolition of a warehouse / distribution facility; for the construction of a 122,260-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.

Pre-Qualification for General Contractors for Virginia Distribution Center Multiple Projects This work consists of multiple projects. (1) Construction and installation of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems with +35F to +38F cold storage and -5F to -20F cold storage in an existing facility without disturbing the operations of the existing systems to include roofing replacement and repair. (2) Installation of door access and New CCTV Security Systems. (3) Fire alarm installation including devices, conduit, and supervisory software. (4) Site work landscaping and include structural and structural concrete slabs. (5) Replacement of existing warehouse & exterior lighting to LED. All of these projects shall take place while working with and around 122,260 GSF of existing commercial warehousing. The site shall be managed to support the Owners continuing retail and visitor operations. The site shall be used to minimize noise, dust, and disruptive operations during the construction of these projects.
