Site work for a water / sewer project in Salyersville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the providing of all materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of one (1) 1,000 GPM raw water intake pump. The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations: Salyersville Water Works, 182 College Street, Salyersville, KY 41465 Summit Engineering, Inc., 3205 Summit Square Place, Lexington, KY 40509 Summit Engineering, Inc., 160 Lanks Branch, Pikeville, KY 41501 Federal wage and hour provisions DO apply to this project. This contract is funded in part by a State Revolving Funds (SRF) loan. Procurement is subject to DOW SRF Procurement Guidance including Davis Bacon Act. Bidders must also comply with Title IV of the Civil Rights Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours Standard Act, 40-CFR 31.36L (3,4, & 6), President's Executive Order No. 11246 for equal opportunity employment and discrimination, 41 CFR 60-4, and make positive efforts to use small, minority, women owned, and disadvantaged businesses. Award of the contract will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. WBE (6.9%)
