Renovation of an educational facility in Summit, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
Notice to Proceed on or before December 9th 2021 All work specified in this Contract shall be complete by August 22,2022. Project Location: 125 Kent Pl. Blvd. Summit, NJ 07901 Replace existing antiquated rooftop unit systems with new Replacement of AHU 201 and 202 with new including the addition of air conditioning with split condenser. Replacement of two condensers, CU-2,3 for the instrumental music rooms with new including new cooling coil in AHU and new refrigerant piping. Existing AHU (in hung ceiling will not be replaced except for the cooling coil). Demolish existing AHU/Condenser on roof, demolish existing VAV boxes were part ofsystem Disconnection and reconnection to existing electrical service to rooftop equipment Disconnection and reconnection of gas service to rooftop equipment Disconnection and reconnection of existing ductwork including patch/repair of insulation to new rooftop equipment and VAV boxes. Includes new wall mounted thermostat. Replace existing rooftop systems with new system including the following features: Upgrade to new green refrigerant Upgrade to unit efficiency
