BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The works include, among others, development issues of the dining room area of the kitchen and a training room on the 3 th level and the repair of skylights. LOCATION OF WORK: The work will take place at the Pavillon-de-l'Avenir vocational training center which is located at 65, rue Sainte-Anne, Rivi re-du-Loup (Quebec) G5R 1P3 SUBMISSION GUARANTEE: Any bid must be accompanied by a bid security representing ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of certified check, irrevocable letter of guarantee or bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Act respecting insurance (RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice surety insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative referred to in the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RSQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank in sense of Bank Act (SC, 1991, c. 46), otherwise the bid will be automatically rejected.
