Bids must comply with the requirements of the specifications and presented on the forms provided for this purpose. The documents required for submission will be available only through the electronic tendering system. Any interested tenderer must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents. The Municipality of Saint-Modeste does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and also reserves the right to remove, at its convenience, certain parts of the contract.
