Site work for a mixed-use development in Winnetka, Illinois. Working plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
**As of January 6, 2022 the project has been cancelled. No plan for a rebid yet.** Bid period 6 consists of furnishing and installation of Climbing Wall System and associated equipment. Prime Trade Agreements for the Work will be assigned to the Construction Manager. A project labor agreement ("PLA") will be in place for the project. The PLA will, among other things, govern the use of trade labor for the project. All prime contractors and subcontractors of every tier performing work will be required to become signatory to the PLA and bound by its terms. Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. Contractor's Qualifications Statement must be submitted at time of bid or already be on file with Pepper Construction. Compliance with Prevailing Wages for Cook County and all equal employment practices is required.
