On Federal projects, the appropriate Contractor's License shall be obtained within 60 days of bid opening. Prequalifying to Bid: All prospective bidders shall be prequalified as a Bidder or PO Prime Contractor with the Department of Transportation prior to submitting a bid. All required prequalification statements and documents shall be filed with the Contractual Services Management Section at least four weeks prior to the date of opening bids.
