The Board of Supervisors is calling for sealed bids for 3/8 INCH CHIPS for the period of January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. Contact Person: Steve Puzas, 928-428-3652. Graham County Reserves the Right to have the above listed materials tested for gradation. Any failed test, supplier is responsible for retest and supply to Graham County within two (2) business days. All bids must be marked: 3/8 CHIPS, BID A-2022-05 on the outside of the envelope and returned to the above address. Please contact Steve Puzas at 928-428-3652 with questions. Bid shall follow the specifications and will be rejected if it excludes or omits Any portion thereof. Bid shall be submitted on a cost per ton for each product And must include all taxes and/or any other applicable charges. Payment will Be based on invoices of the actual quantity of materials hauled at the unit bid Invioces must be submitted with certified weight tickets. Graham County reserves the right to award this bid to multiple bidders, subject to material specifications conforming to bid requirements, as well as price, availability, and plant location.
