The Board of Supervisors is calling for sealed bids for AB road material, to encompass all of Graham County, for the period of January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. Material will be ordered on an as needed basis. 1 inch minus AB crushed in accordance with specifications designated AB 1 as detailed in Table 303- 1 on page 195 and shall comply with all requirements detailed in Section 303 Aggregate Base from pages 194 - 195 of the Arizona Highway Department Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Constructions, 2008 Edition. Graham County Reserves the Right to have the above listed materials tested for gradation. Any failed test, supplier is responsible for retest and supply to Graham County within two (2) business days. Graham County will provide 7 (seven) working days notice when quantities ordered exceed 500 ton The Supplier Shall Stockpile Materials at Plant and Have Materials Available as Needed by the County. (Material to Be Stockpiled Within a Reasonable Distance of the Graham County Highway Yard.) Materials Will Be Weighed on State Certified Truck Scales, Provided by the Supplier, at the Time the Materials Are Hauled From the Site.
