The City is looking to obtain professional services to assist and/or supplement City staff in the design, installation, maintenance, support and/or emergency fiber repair and restoration services as needed. The successful bidder will need to have proven experience working with and coordinating work with local telecommunication companies, utilities, and other governmental agencies. Specific experience working with Lumen (previously CenturyLink), Blackhills Energy, Unite Private Networks, SECOM, Pueblo County Government, and Colorado Department of Transportation is a preferred.
