The City of Tracy (City) uses bulk chemicals for treatment of Water and Wastewater. The City desires to receive proposals from qualified Vendors to deliver such chemicals at the City locations into the City's receiving equipment in a safe environment as applicable per the local, State and Federal standards. The proposals will be good for two years and may be extended for another year. All proposals are to be compared on the basis of meeting all necessary specifications. No vendor may withdraw their proposal for a period of thirty (30) days after the proposal submittal date. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal. The City reserves the right to award the contract agreement to a proposer other than the low proposer if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Tracy. Should a Vendor with office/yard registered within the city limits of the City of Tracy submit a bid, a 5% differential will be credited from the submitted bids in the determination of the lowest qualified bidder (contact Carla Sorich at 209-831-6329 for a Local Vendor Affidavit form). This shall not be construed to affect the actual price proposal.
