Site work for an office development in Punta Gorda, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a office development.
It is the intent of Charlotte County to obtain the services of a licensed Contractor for the removal and replacement of the existing fence at the Livestock Holding Area located at 29751 Zemel Road, Punta Gorda, Florida 33955. The license(s) required to perform the services for this project are: Certified Building, Certified General, or Local Fence. Any questions can be answered by contacting Kathleen M. Lindback, CPPB, Contract Specialist at 941.743.1376 or email: kathy.lindback@charlottecountyfl.gov. Removal and proper disposal of all existing fence, polls, gates and pile. Installation of approximately 1,044 linear feet of 2" x 4" no climb horse fence, replacement of all fence posts, including concrete on all corner posts, H braces and gate posts. Awarded Contractor shall verify all field measurements prior to installation. Installation of new 16-foot gate, 4-foot gate and all necessary hardware.
