The scope of the work consists of furnishing all labor and supervision, materials and services as necessary to maintain and repair lift stations located at various sites within the District; and/or testing of domestic water distribution systems district-wide on an as-needed basis as per Statement of Work, terms and conditions. Bid shall include disposal fees, travel, fuel costs necessary to meet all requirements specified herein, plus all other work required. The District may award to more than one Seller. For example, the District may award to i) Seller of lift service, ii) Seller of water testing and/or iii) Seller of both services. For the lift station repair and maintenance services, the Seller shall be licensed as a State of Florida Certified Plumbing or Underground Utility Contractor. For the domestic water testing, the Seller shall hold applicable qualifications, experience, licenses and certifications. Throughout this ITN, the term, "Seller", may be either the prime contractor or his subcontractor, although we prefer the prime contractor to possess these qualifications and this will be evaluated and scored accordingly.
