The City of Newport Beach is requesting proposals from qualified firms in providing Construction Management/engineering Services for the Following Project: Superior Avenue Pedestrian/bicycle Bridge and Parking Lot This project is located at the intersection of West Coast Highway and Superior Avenue in the City of Newport Beach (City). The City desires to construct a new pedestrian/bicycle bridge overcrossing Superior Avenue and a larger replacement parking lot. The proposed bridge will connect Sunset Ridge Park to the proposed larger parking lot. Sunset View Park, which is on the east side of Superior Avenue, will also be expanded with additional passive park area. Refer to the attached Exhibit A for the project location and proposed improvements. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
