Work shall include 3 (three) connections from the Lackawanna County Government Center to 3 (three off site locations) and 1 (one) connection from the Abington Senior Center to an offsite location. Hand delivered proposals will be accepted and can be dropped off with the 1st floor receptionist. All proposals are to be sealed and plainly marked with the Project Name and RFQ ID and contain all required information described herein. A bid bond, certified check, or cash in the amount of 10% of the bid amount is required to be submitted with each bid, payable to the Lackawanna County Treasurer, as a guarantee of the bidder's willingness to execute the contract if awarded the same. 3. Lackawanna County Government Center (LCGC), 123 Wyoming Avenue, 5th Floor, Scranton, PA 18505 to the Lackawanna County Rack in the shelter at Pinnacle Tower Site of the Lackawanna County Wireless Network Work includes installing 1(one) 24 strand single mode county owned fiber from the LCGC to the county rack at the shelter at Pinnacle Tower site of the Lackawanna County Wireless Network (Pinnacle Lat 4125'36.39"N Lon 7544'51.99"W).
For items 1 thru 3, there shall be junctions approximately 1-2 miles of fiber monitoring.
4. Abington Senior Center, 1151 Winola Road, Clarks Summit, PA 18411 to the Pennsylvania American Water Tower Site, an expansion point for the Lackawanna County Wireless Network.
