The Houston Housing Authority ("HHA"), is soliciting sealed bids for a contractor to perform any necessary electrical and construction work needed to rehabilitate security systems at Allen Parkway Village ("APV") and Historic Oaks Allen Parkway Village ("HOAPV") in accordance with the requirements and terms and conditions specified herein. The Houston Housing Authority ("HHA"), has issued this Amendment No. 1 to IFB 21-48 Electrical Services to Rehabilitate Security Systems at APV and HOAPV for the purposes of incorporating the attached Exhibit C Drawings into this solicitation. All Interested Parties Are Highly Encouraged (but Not Required), to Participate in a Pre-bid Teleconference as Specified in Section 4.0 Procurement Schedule. Interested parties are also highly encouraged to check prior to the submission of their sealed response to ensure they are aware of any Amendment(s) that may affect this solicitation. They should also send an e-mail acknowledgment to Purchasing@housingforhouston.com, that they have downloaded this solicitation.Doing so will allow "HHA" to notify interested parties of any Amendments that may affect this solicitation. Late submissions will be handled in accordance with Section 5 of Attachment H Instruction to Bidders for Contracts Public and Indian Housing Programs (HUD Form 5369).
