Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project primarily consists of installing a perimeter fence around the back parking lot at the Police Department located at 901 E Beaver Avenue, Fort Morgan, CO. The fence will have an automated gate and a manual gate for vehicles. It will also have two pedestrian gates on the east and west of the building. All questions must be in writing and addressed to Steven J. Brown, Support Services Commander, at steve.brown@cityoffortmorgan.com. The cutoff date and time for questions is December 9, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Steve Brown at (970) 542-3940 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted. Initial Notice to Proceed (NTP) will be issued in writing by the City. The Contractor shall commence work under the Contract upon the effective date of the initial NTP and the number of consecutive calendar days allowed to complete the work as mutually agreed upon by the City and the Contractor. All work to be performed under this Contract shall be completed no later than June 27, 2022.
