Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Manchester, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of Februry 4, 2022, the project was not awarded and will not go on re bid. Furnish & install approximately 825 L.F. of 6-inch and 12-inch water lines, valves, fittings, and related appurtenances. will be received by the Hillsville Utility District at the Utility District's Office, 117 North Irwin Street, Manchester, Tennessee 37355. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. Each BID must be accompanied by a BID bond payable to the OWNER for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the CONTRACT PRICE BIDDER hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and to fully complete the PROJECT within 100 consecutive calendar days tl 'after.
