**As of August 9, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Construction of an approximate 2,800 SF CTE building with classroom, shop, and storage. n the bid is in an amount less the twenty-five thousand dollars ($25, 000). When the bid is less than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000), the name of the contractor only may appear on the outside of the envelope containing the bid, and upon opening the envelope, if such bid is in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) Bidder must deposit security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required for the successful Bidder.
