Renovation of a mixed-use development in Watertown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The project site is located at 825 Earl Street in Watertown, NY near the Fairgrounds YMCA. This project will consist of the replacing of damaged mechanical and electrical parts, pieces, and equipment, replacing the chemical controller, repairing the sealant, and determine if parts, pieces, and equipment from Flynn Pool can be used in Alteri Pool's restoration. The City Council reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five per centum (5%) of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided for in the Information for Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of not less than 100% of the total amount of the accepted bid and in such form and having as surety thereon such surety company or companies as are approved by the City Council. Insurance carrier must have principal office in New York State or be authorized to do business in New York State.
