Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dover, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.

As of January 4, 2022. The bidding is on hold until we get some specs set in stone. We will probably get moving again in a month or so. Sealed bids will be received by the Dover City School District Board of Education ("Board)", as provided in this notice for the Administration Building and Gymnasium Roof Replacement Project (the "Project"). Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to Kathryn Brugger, Treasurer/CFO at bruggerk@ dovertornadoes.com. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. The Project is the Administration Building and Gymnasium Roof Replacement Project ("the Project"). The Project and Work for the Project consists of removal of the existing roof system and replacement with new membrane roof system at the District's Administration Building and Gymnasium at 228 West 6th Street, Dover, Ohio 44622, as more particularly described in the Contract Documents
