A timeline for award has not yet been established.** For: THE FURNISHING OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR INSTALLATION OF 505 LINEAL FEET OF 24 INCH DIAMETER POLYPROPYLENE STORM SEWER AND 161 LINEAL FEET OF 30 INCH DIAMETER POLYPROPYLENE STORM SEWER FOR THE OHIO AVENUE STORM SEWER EXTENSION IN THE CITY OF DOVER, OHIO; All bids shall comply with the requirements of such specifications. The amount of the bid for said guaranty purposes shall include all additive and deductive alternates. All bid guaranties shall be conditioned that if the bid is accepted within sixty (60) days of the bid opening, a proper contract shall be executed, and that upon failure or refusal to enter into said contract within ten (10) days after receipt of notification of award the bidder and the surety on any bond shall be liable to the City in an amount not to exceed ten (10) per cent of the bid. Each bidder must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex or national origin. All bids shall comply with all of the requirements of the drawings, specifications and contract documents. This is authorized by Ordinance 27-21, passed 16 August 2021. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
