Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of February 2, 2022, the project has not been awarded yet. A timeline for award has not been established yet. Mesa Brio Pylon Repair - Mass Transit The pylon cube replacement entails the fabrication, installation, securement and debris removal of a new top cube with specified translucent material. The translucent panels to be cut and adhered with specified adhesive at the ends of two separate translucent panels by a binding method that would optimize adherence by means of sanding and scarifying the ends to secure the adhesion process. Translucent top cube panels shall be angle-braced for extra reinforcement. 4 braces per panel. Contractor to rivet hold the angle brace into place, drilled into the Ghost layer (white material behind layer). The top cube Brio logos shall be mounted and secured as per the Eureka design. 4 angle braces per panel. As an added securement measure, the 5 cubes shall also be strapped with 2 aluminum bands. One loops on top of the cube's logo and the other below. Aluminum straps shall be 1/2 " wide and made of aluminum. A non-colored strap is suggested though, Facilities is open to recommendations. Cube strap procedures to be in the same manner as in the Preventive Maintenance Pylon Repair task. The repair, replacement, securement, to match with current Brio Mesa shelters. Cubes shall be strapped with 2 aluminum bands In order to meet the City's schedule for awarding this requirement it is extremely important that requests for clarification or additional information, or requests for a change in the specifications, be submitted in writing no later than December 8, 2021 Answers provided December 15, 2021 Contract Award Date February 2022 The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive all minor technicalities, and to accept the bid or bids determined to be the most favorable to the City. Additionally, the City may accept a bid subject to an exception if, in the sole judgment of the City, the bid meets or exceeds the City's specifications. The national goal for participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) is 10%. The agency's overall goal for DBE participation is _9.1_ %.
