MATOC No: W9126G19D0033, 0034, 0035, 0036, 0037, 0038, 0039, 0040, 0041, 0042, 0043, 0044, 0045 W9126G20D0006, 0007, 0008, 0009, 0010, 0011 The scope of the project includes all work required for Construction: Colorado, Phase 1. The work shall be in accordance with the Request for Proposal documents. Proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price, contract procured in accordance with fair opportunity process using FAR 16-505 using the "Tradeoff Process". The summary schedule shall not exceed a total of 10 pages, and explanatory narrative accompanying the graphical schedule shall not exceed five pages. Inclusion of 11x17 inch pages for the graphical schedule is acceptable. Submit a summary level schedule for construction for the project as described in the SOW. The summary schedule shall be task oriented, indicating the number of calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) by which milestones are to be achieved. The actual NTP date may vary. The Offeror shall acknowledge that they understand that the total contract duration proposed in this schedule shall become contractually binding should that Offeror receive the award. Offeror must use the critical path method. Schedules shall be graphically presented. The proposed project schedule shall reflect the proposed contract duration. Attention should be given to the following schedule aspects: o Provide a narrative, demonstrating construction completion, and delivery and fabrication of required materials. If long-lead material must be ordered, describe the requirement in the narrative and show the required ordering date in the schedule. Include discussion of submittal management. Include discussion of logical sequencing with construction of levee reaches to mitigate flood risk to the local population. Include discussion of sequencing to incorporate potential delayed real estate acquisition of Reach 1, City of Wharton utility relocation, and Lewisville Aquatic Environmental Research Facility (LAERF) wetland & environmental mitigation. o Schedule must show summary-level activities, durations, sequencing, and logic to include predecessors and successors. All phases of construction shall be represented in the schedule. Schedule must include the following milestones: Pre-construction Meeting; Mid-way Inspection; Pre-final Inspection; Final Inspection; Substantially Completion Date; Construction Complete Date; As-Builts Submittal, required ordering date, schedule of completion, material receipt. o Schedule must demonstrate successful project delivery by required delivery date. o Show the schedule by major feature to include major levee reach/sections, interior drainage sump construction, bank stabilization, erosion control, culvert emplacement, and floodwalls. o Schedule should include early coordination and construction of wetland mitigation area (S of Vineyard sump) to facilitate LAERF planting by late Spring 2022 (Construction schedules indicating coordination and construction completion of the wetlands mitigation area at the Vineyard Sump prior to late Spring of 2022 will be considered a schedule strength.) Addendum #1 has been issued, as of December 17, 2021.
