Site work for a water / sewer project in Wharton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
1. Base Bid: Sanitary sewer rehabilitation of approximately 1,200 LF of 24" sanitary sewer pipe by CIPP. 2. Alternate Bid Items: rehabilitation of 13 sanitary sewer manholes and approximately 350 LF of 15" and 24" sanitary sewer pipe by CIPP. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid [for those contracts that exceed $100,000]. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Wharton or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of Wharton reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
