The University of Regina, as represented by Facilities Management, is seeking a professionally qualified Contractor to successfully provide labour, materials, products and services necessary for the maintenance of thirty-three (33) elevators and three (3) lifts across fourteen (14) building units, located at 3737 Wascana Parkway and three (3) elevators across two (2) building units at 2155 & 2255 College Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan, in accordance with Appendix" B" (specifications - Vertical Transportation Equipment Maintenance). Throughout this process the University will award one (1) Contractor and establish terms and conditions that will govern the elevator maintenance and repair, through a two (2) year contractual agreement with the option to extend the term of contract for two (2) additional one (1) year terms as determined and approved by the University of Regina-Facilities Management. It is the responsibility of each Contractor to inquire about and clarify any requirements of this RFP that are not understood, in writing. If a Contractor discovers any inconsistency, discrepancy, ambiguity, errors or omissions in this RFP, the Contractor must notify the Administrator of Contract immediately.
