This initiative will identify best and leading practices to increase procurement efficiency for SaskPower's MRO requirements. This initiative will also maintain and improve quality and safety and provide opportunities to improve and consolidate SaskPower's business relationships with qualified vendor(s) capable of supplying electrical consumables MRO requirements. Best value will be determined by assessing a combination of but not limited to quality products, high level of services offered and experience, inventory support, lowest cost, best practice business technology solutions, as well as proposed innovative design and operations. For the purposes of this RFP, MRO Supplies consists of but not limited to; Fuses Gromit Conduits Other electrical components The proponent is required to have ability to provide both VMI and CMI services to different locations as outlined on the project specifications (Appendix A.1.). Proponent not having ability to provide VMI and CMI services to above listed locations as identified under A.3.1 Locations of the RFP.
