Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Paved alley reconstruction is completed to maintain the infrastructure in the City. This work involves the full excavation of a paved alley to the existing subgrade. The alley is then fully rebuilt with appropriate structure and new pavement is installed, including all landscaping. The City is seeking bids from a qualified construction company for the 2022 paved alley reconstruction project. The Work of this Contract includes but is not limited to: - Removal and replacement of asphalt alleys; - Excavation of any base and sub-grade material; - Compaction of sub-grade, installation and compaction of City of Regina supplied "slag", and installation and compaction of base material; - Rebuild existing catch basin and manhole tops up to 1 vertical meter in depth; - Removal and replacement of concrete or asphalt sidewalks, medians, curb & gutter, private walks, and driveways; - Reinstatement by landscaping and gutter patching; - Locate and identify all utilities and coordinate any relocation/lowering of utilities; - Traffic accommodations, street use permits; and - Quality Control Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca
