The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 New T-bar ceiling systems in basement and part of main floor. .2 Fire Door installation and separation upgrades .3 Replacement of wet sprinkler systems. .2 Replacement of sprinkler entrance. .3 Add new sprinkler devices to fire alarm system. .4 Upgrade fire alarm zones to match sprinkler system. .5 Upgrade fire alarm graphics. .6 Remove and replace existing T-bar ceilings as required of trades. .7 Patching/painting/repairing walls, ceilings and floors as required for this contract. .8 Painting of sprinkler piping where exposed and located in finished areas. .9 Infection control measures .10 Fire watch .11 New fire and combination smoke / fire dampers.
