* The owner will not be able to move forward with this project as the bid price was way beyond the budgeted amount. Work under this contract includes all materials, tools, appliances and labour necessary to complete the work indicated on the drawings, described in specifications, drawings and/or addenda or reasonably inferred. The project involves the renovation of Le Pavillon Bousquet to accommodate the revised layout and comprises in general: Selective removals as described on the drawings; Construction of new partitions as per the revised layout to accommodate new student rooms, new washrooms, laundry room, storage rooms, etc. including associated structural, mechanical and electrical work.
