Site work for a water / sewer project in Sackville, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This work generally consists of building a dyke and outlet control structure at Quarry Pond which includes site clearing & grubbing, sitework for dyke construction, storm piping, HDPE liner, temporary water works and by-pass pumping, access road construction, topsoil and hydroseeding as well as site erosion and sediment control and all related works. Every Contractor submitting a tender for this project must be thoroughly familiar with the tendering procedures according to the General Regulation and amendments thereto, a Regulation under the Crown Construction Act. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price (including HST), payable to the Town of Sackville, must accompany the tender.
