The University is looking for a Supplier that will provide Elevator Modernization and Maintenance Services for Student Family Housing for 3 passenger elevators and 1 service elevator at 30 Charles St. West and 2 passenger elevators and 1 service elevators at 35 Charles St. West in Toronto, Ontario.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
