Estimate = total construction cost estimate. Construction is slated to commence late May 2022. Questions are due: 3-23-2022, 5:00 PM Bid Memorandum #1 - The schedule document has been issued as of 3-15-2022. Bid Memorandum #2 has been issued (geotechnical investigation documents are released) as of 3-16-2022. Bid Memorandum #3 has been issued as of 3-28-2022.
