Site work for a civil project in Eunice, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Louisiana Water Company will receive separate sealed Bids for the EuniceWell No. 8, Contract No. 21-1956-20; Work Order Number: L17-221332. The work includes drilling a 450 feet deep test hole, taking sand samples, recommending screen setting for a 1100 gpm, 16"xl2" production well. With approval, drill and set casing, screen, foundation. Connect the well discharge to the existing 12" raw water line on East Vine Avenue. Additionally, Well 3 on the property ofthe water treatment plant on 251 E Vine Ave., Eunice, LA shall to properly abandoned. Bid security in the amount offive percent (5%) ofthe Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 45 days after the actual date ofthe opening thereof. The Work will be substantially completed within 180 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 240 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price
