Renovation of a multi-residential development in Eunice, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The work includes general interior modernization of as many as 4 living units at Eunice Housing Authority Acadian Village Site. Work generally includes replacement of interior & exterior doors and frames, replacement of flooring, all interior wood trim, cabinets and countertops, plumbing fixtures, tub/shower surrounds, central HVAC units, condensing units and ductwork, all electrical up to and including electrical panels, hot water heaters, hot & cold water lines, gwb walls & overlay of gwb ceilings, interior painting. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, with the following information plainly marked on the outside of the envelope: 1. Bid for Eunice Housing, 2021 CFP, Acadian Village Site LA25-1, 2. Name of Contractor, and 3. License Number of Contractor. Note to Prospective Bidders: Bidders are requested to pay particular attention to HUD Document 5370 (11/2006) related to Section 40 "Employment, Training, and Contracting Opportunities for Low-Income Persons, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968."Successful Contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, creed, color, sex, age, or national origin. Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump-sum basis to a Bidder licensed under the provisions of the Contractors Licensing Law of the State of Louisiana. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the time and date of opening
