**As of January 27, 2022, this project has been awarded to Omni Engineering for $1,508,654.29. For Douglas Co. Project No. C-28(572) 168th Street Improvements, Rachel Snowden Parkway to Old Military Road (Grading, Paving, Box Culvert and Erosion Control). You may download the digital plan documents for $15.00 electronically As evidence of good faith in submitting a proposal for this work, the bidder must file with his proposal, cash, certified check or bid bond, made payable to Douglas County in the sum of 5% of his bid, all of which shall be placed in a sealed envelope so marked as to indicate its contents without being opened. This envelope is to be placed in another envelope, which shall be sealed and addressed to the County Clerk. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Surety Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract. The Board of Douglas County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids
