The District is seeking bids to select a contractor to provide new and unused network switches and wireless access points (sometimes collectively referred to herein as "Products" and may also be referred to individually as a "Product"), as more specifically set forth in the bid specifications, for the District for the E-Rate funding year 22 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023).he successful bidder will provide switches and wireless access points as requested from time to time by the District at the prices specified in the Bidder's bid proposal. In order to match the E-Rate year beginning July 1, 2022, the contract for the Products which the Contractor will provide will commence on July 1, 2022,and end on June 30, 2023, and will be for a one-year period. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to waive all technicalities and irregularities. Any questions or request for interpretation of the Bid Documents must be submitted in writing by email to netifqa@ops.org and must be submitted by January 6, 2022, 2:00 P.M.(CT).
