Renovation of an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The intercom system at Holling Heights Elementary School is in need of replacement. The project includes removal of the existing intercom system equipment and cabling and replacing it with a new system. Additional data cabling is to also be provided for future use. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued. 1. BASE BID SCHEDULE: General Contractor may start work on the interior renovations on Wednesday, June 1st , 2022 and will substantially complete the interior renovations construction work on or before July 29, 2022. a. Contractor may begin work during the spring of 2022 during the school year. Work during this period shall start no earlier than 15 minutes after the completion of the normal school day (generally 3:45 M, T, TH, F and 2:15 on Wednesdays). Note requirements of part 1.06 below. 2. Final Completion shall be on or before Friday, August 5 th, 2022. 3. Owner Training (by Cambium Data) shall be conducted the first week of August, 2022.
