Renovation of an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 77,500-square-foot educational facility.
Intention to Bid and Questions pertaining to the submittal should be directed to Ally Dohse, adohse@hollandbasham.com and KT Nelson, ktnelson@mccneb.edu by Monday, December 6, 2021, 2:00 p.m. CST. Owner as referred to within this proposal is Metropolitan Community College (MCC), with Holland Basham Architects (HBA) and Tetrad Property Group (TPG) acting on the Owner's behalf. MCC is soliciting bids for administrative, educational and lounge furnishings for Building 10. Tetrad Property Group (TPG) is providing Owner's Representation services for the Building 10 Renovation, a 77,500SF project at MCC's Fort Omaha Campus. Holland Basham Architects is providing FFE services as it relates to this proposal. This assistance includes specification, documentation, procurement, and installation coordination of furnishings. Renovation, Levels 1 and 2, Classroom and Business functions Phase 1: Levels 1 and 2, currently under construction, including digital resource center and support areas, Substantial Completion 5/23/22. Phase 2: Levels 1 and 2, construction beginning 12/1/21, including classroom and support areas, Substantial Completion 2/24/22. Building Punchlist Complete 05.31.22 Projected Construction Value: $5,508,000
